Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2025 will be conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for admission to admission to the first year B.E. / B. Tech. Courses in Govt. Engineering Colleges of Bihar, SGIDT, Patna , Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Womens Institute of Technology, Navodaya Complex, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga (Under Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga), Bihar. UGEAC Counselling may start from June 2025, candidate must do the registration on BCECEB official website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in) to participate in the counselling. Admission in engineering colleges in Bihar will be based on JEE Main 2025 rank.

Candidate must fulfill eligibility criteria to participate in the counselling. There will be two  counselling rounds, after two rounds of counseling for engineering courses, vacant seats will be filled using BCECE 2024 merit. There will be Horizontal Reservation for Women, 33% of seats in each category are reserved for women domiciled in Bihar. Only permanent residents of  Bihar will be eligible for reservation benefits. Non-residents can only apply under the unreserved category. Candidates should apply under the appropriate reservation category (BC/EBC instead of OBC for Bihar). If no eligible women candidates are available in a specific category, the seats may be allocated to male candidates in the same category.

Step 7: Download Part A & Part B

  • After payment, download the Part-A and Part-B of the submitted application form.

Tech Admission Process in Bihar

UGEAC 2025 Seat Allotment Process is conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) Board.
